NEXIQ provides business website and e-commerce development, domain and hosting setup, website maintenance, computer sales, gaming PC solutions, repairs and upgrades. The website is operated from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.

Before paid work starts, the parties should agree the scope, price, payment schedule, deliverables and any project-specific conditions in writing. 5. Customer responsibilities

NEXIQ may help configure services supplied by third parties, including registrars, hosting platforms, payment providers and communications tools. 7. E-commerce projects
For online-store projects, the customer remains responsible for its own product information, pricing, taxes, stock, delivery commitments, refund rules, customer service and legal compliance. NEXIQ can configure agreed store features and payment or delivery integrations, but does not act as the merchant unless specifically agreed otherwise.
8. Computer sales, repairs and upgrades
Stock is subject to availability. The exact condition, specification, included accessories, warranty and price of a device or component will be confirmed at the time of sale. Repair and upgrade outcomes can depend on the condition and compatibility of the customer's equipment. Any specific warranty or return commitment will be stated in the applicable invoice or written sale terms.
9. Intellectual property
NEXIQ retains rights in its own brand, website, reusable code, tools and concept demos. Ownership or licence terms for customer-specific website deliverables will be governed by the applicable quote or project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, media and platforms remain subject to their respective licences.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use this website to submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or malicious content; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with site operation; or misuse forms and enquiry channels.
11. Liability
